The lovely couple pictured above and below is Jenna & Bill. They’re getting married this October in Newport. But before that we roamed around Narragansett, Rhode Island on an engagement portrait session. For those of you unaware of what an engagement portrait session is or why you would ever want/need one, let me educate [...] What do you get when you combine an amazing sunrise with a fantastic model capable of doing the things you see above and below? Well, you get these images. I feel like I was just pointing and shooting out there… anyone could have made beautiful photos that day. These images aren’t “for” anything. [...] These are a couple of head shots I did for Arch Creative Group, a web design firm in Boston. The one below is the owner of the company and the one above is one of his clients, a savvy investment banker. These days, if you don’t look professional, you’re not viewed as a professional. [...] For the past couple of months I’ve been working with Studio Dunn to help them launch their first ever line of hand-crafted, all natural wood furniture. I’ve had to keep a lid on these images for a while until they had a chance to finish up a few more things on the business side, [...] Part of a photographer’s job is to keep his/her portfolio fresh. The portfolio is incredibly dynamic and should almost feel alive. If it stays the same for too long people become uninterested. So when business is slow or I’m in a creative funk, it’s a good time to create some new images, [...] |
